Environment and Local Impact
Northern Crescent Solar will be constructed on approximately 1,200 acres of rural lands with low-impact solar installation, generating tax revenues through production for an estimated 30+ years. The property owners will maintain ownership of the land and receive lease payments during the project’s lifetime.

Primergy is committed to enhancing Minnesota’s energy grid with local projects such as Northern Crescent Solar. Primergy is collaborating with local farmers on ways to implement agrivoltaics, and the project will include pollinator-friendly vegetation.
